Our story

Calendesk was founded in 2019 in Elblag, Poland, by Maciej Cupiał and Szymon Chołuj. We started with a simple observation: service-based businesses spend too much time on administrative tasks instead of focusing on what they do best.

What began as an appointment booking tool has evolved into a comprehensive business platform. Today, Calendesk handles not just scheduling, but payments, invoicing, client notifications, subscriptions, and much more. Our solution serves therapy, education, law, psychology, coaching, dietetics, fitness, and beauty industries.
